With ten different entry points, the exterior of the large Acute Hospital provides many different looks. The main-entry lobby is accessible by sliding glass doors and is fronted by a brick patio area. A large landscaped courtyard and gazebo sit behind the lobby. The older section of the hospital, in a Spanish Colonial Revival style, has a tiled roof and both stair and ramped entry points. The rear of the building has a loading dock, access ramp and double entry doors as well as a blacktop area with old playground equipment.
